EUTR1 – Qualifying Family Member (EU Treaty Rights)
Abbey Blue Group assists family members of EU citizens applying under the EUTR1 (EU Treaty Rights) process in Ireland. This applies to spouses, civil partners, and dependent children of EU citizens exercising their Treaty Rights through employment, self-employment, study, or sufficient financial resources. Successful applicants are granted Stamp 4 EUFAM permission allowing residence in Ireland.
