Stamp Regularisation (Stamp 2 / 3 to Stamp 1G Dependent)

Must be married to or in a recognised partnership with a work permit holder or eligible sponsor
Marriage certificate or partnership evidence required
Proof of financial support or dependency
Valid passport and current IRP card
No major immigration violations or compliance issues
Proof of address and residence in Ireland
Application steps
Conduct eligibility assessment
Prepare complete immigration application file
Submit Stamp change request via ISD online system
Follow up with ISD regarding application progress
Receive approval letter for Stamp change
Register new Stamp 1G dependent permission with GNIB
