Abbey Blue Group assists non-EU family members applying for Retention of Rights under EU Treaty Rights law in Ireland following divorce, separation, or the death of an EU citizen. This process allows eligible applicants to retain their right of residence and continue holding Stamp 4 EUFAM permission, subject to meeting statutory residence and dependency conditions.

Proof that the relationship lasted at least 3 years, including 1 year in Ireland
Divorce decree or death certificate of EU citizen (where applicable)
Proof of cohabitation in Ireland during the relationship period
